Job summary

HCA Florida Gainesville Neurosurgery is seeking a Practice Manager II to provide leadership and ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. You will direct day-to-day clinic operations, mentor staff, and partner with physicians to improve processes and outcomes.

The role includes budgeting and profitability responsibility for the physician practice, overseeing recruitment and training, managing front-office and clinical staff, and driving patient satisfaction as part of a collaborative HCA

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in medical practice operations.
• Ability to supervise front office and clinical staff.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
• Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve
• Develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting

What you will do in this role:

• Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs and activities to insure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff daily and interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
• Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients and seek out appropriate leaders or partners to problem solve and process improve
• Develop the practice budget including pull profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting
