Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager Endocrinology to oversee daily operations of the Concord and Laconia endocrinology practices. You will coordinate clinical, financial, and quality initiatives, and serve as the primary resource for staff and providers.

The role requires experience in supervisory leadership, budget management, and cross-department collaboration to improve patient care outcomes and customer service. Strong communication and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree and 5+ years related experience OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience.
  • 2 years progressive supervisory experience; demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • Meets Licensure/Certification requirements per department and/or professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes positive working relationships with providers and acts as a conduit for departmental and organizational communication among staff and others.
  • Responsible for customer relations and customer service initiatives.
  • Manages departmental core processes, participates and supports departmental and organizational change.
  • Ensures compliance with State, Local, Federal regulatory requirements.
  • Meets annual department budget; develops action plans on financial performance.
  • Analyze financial performance daily/weekly/monthly; identify improvement opportunities.
  • Understand KPIs and ensure targets are achieved (Meaningful Use, Provider Dashboards, Revenue Cycle Metrics).
  • Recruits, retains and develops staff and manages performance.

This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. The manager is the primary resource person for staff.
