This includes, but is not limited to operational, financial, clinical, performance improvement, program development, and customer relations and patient care outcomes. The manager is the primary resource person for staff. Responsibilities also include collaboration with other departments of the Hospital to assure development, promotion and maintenance of quality programs and services.**Education**Four years of formal training or education in specialty or related specialty beyond the high school level (e.g., Bachelors Degree).**Certification, Registration & Licensure****Experience**2 years progressive supervisory experience. Minimum of five years of experience in the implementation and management of financial information systems.
