Job summary

You will oversee front end operations staff, coordinate clinical and administrative activities across multiple sites, and ensure compliance with University policies.

Strong leadership and systems management skills are essential. Responsibilities include HR functions, scheduling, patient flow management, and process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferably with coursework in business administration or health care administration and 3 years administrative experience with one of those years healthcare management required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years administrative experience.
• Notary License within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end operations staff and day-to-day administrative activities supporting clinical operations across integrated sites.
• Manage staff performance, hiring, orientation, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, HIPAA and JCAHO standards.
• Coordinate systems for clinical operations and administrative functions (eRecord, EAPro, UKG, Outlook, Workday, etc.).
• Develop staffing guidelines, weekly schedules, and coverage plans for clinics.
