Banfield Pet Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Practice Manager in Atlanta, Georgia. You will manage day-to-day operations, driving business results while enhancing the quality of veterinary care. You will lead and develop staff to ensure a positive experience for clients and pets.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and three years of related supervisory experience.

Pay range: $63,822 - $92,187 annually. The exact rate depends on experience, skill level, abilities, education, location and schedule.
In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can devote their time to delivering the highest quality veterinary care. Your practice management skills will drive business results; your people‑leadership skills will develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. Along with a knowledgeable pet health‑care team, you’ll ensure that clients and patients have a positive experience when they visit the hospital. Through professional relationships with the veterinary medical team, field leaders, corporate headquarters and, if applicable, PetSmart® associates, you’ll help optimize the growth of both businesses. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Three years related experience, including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development).
