Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager for the Bown Crossing Health Plaza. You will oversee operations across Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Sports Medicine clinics and lead a diverse team of providers and staff.

The Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is now hiring for a compassionate and collaborative Practice Manager for our Bown Crossing Health Plaza located in East Boise!

Position Summary & Highlights

• As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the operations of the Bown Crossing Health Plaza including theFamily Medicine, Urgent Care, and Sports Medicine clinics including managing providers.

• This position oversees a Lead RN,7 Physicians/APPs, 6 MAs, 1 RN, 1 Lead Patient Service Rep and 3 Patient Service Representatives.
• You would have a dyad relationship with the Medical Director and will be responsible in carrying out policies, protocols, etc., under their lead.
• This is a fully in-person position and will not work remotely.

What You Wil Do

• You will be responsible for the workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures of the practices with the result of meeting or exceeding the established financial and other objectives set in cooperation with medical group leadership.
• You will be responsible for the following areas: Leadership/Management, Operations, Human Resource Management, Customer Service, Financial Management, Quality & Compliance, Business Development, and Communication and Teamwork
• An ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of ambulatory practice and operations and customer requirements.
• You will have strong collaboration skills, solid analytical skills, and a great deal of self-initiative.

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess knowledge normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in business or healthcare related field, with eight (8) or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years supervisor/manager experience required.
• Must have active driving privileges. If, during the course of employment, driving privileges change or colleague receives a driving citation, the colleague is required to notify their supervisor and/or HR.
