We are recruiting an experienced Practice Manager for our Behavioral Health team. The BH Practice Manager will work three days per week at our Stamford BH site and two days at our Bridgeport BH site.

Position Highlights
  • Manage all aspects of office operations including authorization, registration, billing, and data collection.
  • Cross-train in clerical and support functions, including registrar and administrative assistant roles, providing backup support as needed.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the Director.
Additional General Requirements
  • Professional attitude, understanding of customer service principles, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of DMHAS and DBBHC services, neighborhoods, and community.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: Behavioral Health office management experience, healthcare setting preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills, familiarity with telemedicine advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
