Job summary

Ocean Dental PC is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience at our Oklahoma City location. The role focuses on financial performance, team leadership, and practice efficiency to support growth and quality care.

You will oversee front and back office operations, drive patient satisfaction, and implement systems that improve retention, case acceptance and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
• Dental office experience required.
• Strong leadership and functional management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental practice and front/back-office teams.
• Drive patient experience, retention and case acceptance.
• Manage revenue growth, budgets and performance metrics.

The practice manager is responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Establishes systems and processes which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.
