Ocean Dental in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, improve patient satisfaction, retention, and provider engagement at the Jonesboro clinic. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service in a pediatric-adult dental setting.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary

Job Shift: Day

The practice manager is responsible for meeting financial performance and revenue growth goals while managing the operations of the practice and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Establishes systems and processes which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, and provider engagement. Responsible for practice operations systems and provides support to all functioning areas, including administrative support to the front and back office.
