Job Description: A prestigious AmLaw firm is looking for a strategic and experienced Practice Operations Manager to oversee their Litigation team. This role involves managing complex operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflow and resource use.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance practice efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise case logistics, including scheduling, document management, and communication.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
