Responsibilities

General Purpose: Manages an ambulatory practice with 12 to 19 exam rooms, promoting operational efficiency, high-quality patient care, and strong financial performance. Leads staff using the ICARE framework, fostering a collaborative, diverse, and professional team. Responsible for performance management of all non-clinical staff.

Essential Functions:

  • Implement procedures to enhance service and quality, enforce policies, and develop guidelines for work prioritization. Maintain efficient patient flow, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with policies and accreditation standards.
  • Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff in collaboration with clinical leadership. Conduct performance appraisals, manage payroll, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction, resolve complaints, and promote patient-centered care.
  • Oversee financial processes including charge reconciliation, budgeting, and expense management. Manage inventory, oversee revenue programs, and support clinical quality initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, oversee quality reports, and maintain clinical standards. Participate in meetings and serve as a liaison with property management.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree in business or healthcare administration with 3 years of administrative experience, including healthcare management; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, medical terminology, and reimbursement policies preferred.
  • Skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic filing preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
