Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives and strengthen collaboration across the organization.

Practice Manager to $175K – Empower Growth Through Knowledge and Collaboration!

Compensation & Work Model

$120,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr.

Work Model: Hybrid. Degree: Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management systems.
• Coordinate learning programs and post‑project reviews.
• Curate and maintain resource libraries.
• Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and integration.
• Support practice area development and strategic priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
