Equitable is seeking an experienced Practice Management / Financial Planning Manager to elevate the advisor and client experience within its Wealth Management ecosystem. This leadership role blends strategy, technology and planning to deliver integrated solutions across the advisor lifecycle.

You’ll work cross-functionally, manage in-house and vendor teams, and shape product and service priorities with data-driven insights.

• Strong financial literacy and planning competency is required.
• Experience with digital platforms and AI-enabled tools is preferred.
