Job summary

SVH Diabetes & Endocrine Center in Salinas, CA is seeking a Practice Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership and support the delivery of high-quality care while strengthening the practice’s financial health. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or healthcare-focused master’s preferred.
Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) highly desirable.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical practice manager.
Ideal candidate has worked in a practice of more than 5 physicians.
Financial expertise in healthcare fiscal management.
Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the assigned practice/facility operation.
Participate in selection, training and supervision of non-physician clinic staff; participate in evaluations and disciplinary actions with Corporate Office support.
Perform thorough financial and cost-benefit analyses on process improvements and capital purchases.
Review and analyze clinical, financial and operating reports to drive a sustainable, profitable operation.
Monitor revenue cycle metrics with Billing & Collection Teams to ensure benchmarks are met.
Lead efforts to optimize patient satisfaction and experience.
