Qualifications

• 2+ years in leadership, operations management, practice management, or business management.
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Ability to build strong relationships and lead in a collaborative environment.
