Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW: Regional Practice Growth Consultant

The Regional Practice Growth Consultant is a high-impact advisor coach and change leader responsible for helping a dedicated group of Financial Advisors strengthen their commercial mindset, deepen client relationships and deliver measurable organic growth. This is not primarily a technical financial planning role. The central mandate is to change advisor behavior: building trusted coaching relationships, uncovering individual motivations, translating goals into practical action plans and holding advisors accountable for sustained execution. The consultant will help capable planners identify outside assets, create client advocates and referrals, manage opportunities more consistently, and use tools and client-interaction processes to focus on the activities that create the greatest value. Reporting to the Vice President of Practice Management, the Regional Practice Growth Consultant will operate as the right hand of an assigned Regional Director, who will provide significant day-to-day direction. With no direct reports, success depends on credibility, relationship building and the ability to influence experienced advisors without positional authority. Approximately 75% - 80% of the role will be devoted to individual and group coaching. The balance will involve cross-functional partnership, training and subject-matter contribution as the company continues to build and refine its national practice-growth model.
