Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Practice Group Manager to lead on-site teams across Walnut Creek offices, coaching clinicians and staff while modeling LifeStance values. You will monitor workflow, patient and clinician satisfaction, and performance metrics to meet clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

In this role you will drive process improvements, partner with leadership and shared services, manage local referral relationships, and build a high-performing team that delivers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Leadership or equivalent management experience.
• Healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the financial performance management of the practice group, including revenue, margins and EBITDA targets.
• Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to LifeStance SOPs.
• Monitor monthly KPIs, prepare variance analyses and action plans to meet objectives.
• Partner with leadership to drive patient access and clinician support across sites.
