Lakeside Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Director to join our growing team in Minnesota. You will partner with the Doctor to create a positive clinical culture while driving growth, profitability, and patient experience.

The role includes managing staffing, schedules, and costs to meet monthly goals. Responsibilities include leading by example, ensuring regulatory compliance, and participating in local marketing to strengthen the community presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Doctor to shape clinical culture and patient experience.
• Oversee clinic operations, including people management, growth, profitability, and patient experience.

• Manage controllable costs like labor hours and supplies.
• Act as liaison between Doctor and team for priorities and performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board regulations.

They are responsible for achieving all profit and loss goals.
