Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is seeking a Practice Development Manager responsible for driving strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives for the Practice Group. The role involves developing market insights, identifying business opportunities, and fostering client relationships at high levels.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to create consensus on business strategies. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred. The position offers a competitive salary between $145,000 and $190,000.
The Practice Development Manager has responsibility for a range of strategic, operational, and commercial areas for the Practice Group.
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
A strong background in business development and marketing technology, tools, and the application of innovative solutions to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and business growth.

The base salary range offered for this role will be between $145,000 and $190,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
