Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Practice Development Manager to drive business development, achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and identify strategic partner relationships within the partner ecosystem.

The Partner Development Manager, also known as a Practice Builder, is responsible for driving business development, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying strategic partner relationships. This role focuses on developing and promoting selling practices with key third-party partners and using performance metrics to evaluate partner effectiveness. You will understand, drive and achieve sales targets on centrally designed initiatives, utilizing global tools to promote local channel business. You will be assigned to active opportunities to accelerate Partner sales, support complex deals configurations, and pricing.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $147,300 to $231,300 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
