Responsibilities

• Collects patient clinical and demographic data and insurance or payer information
• Verifies payer coverage and obtains physician orders
• Oversees secretarial staff to assure accurate data entry and records management
• Coordinates referrals and scheduling to maintain efficient operations
• Maintains logs for patients in care settings and liaises with billing
