Responsibilities

• Maintains OSHA compliance and other office safety processes and policies.
• Provides whole care to patients during office visits, including intake and documentation.
• Performs clinical intake including screenings, history, vital signs and medication reconciliation.
• Maintains confidentiality of employees' and patients' information.
