You will support providers with treatments, manage basic clerical tasks, and help with lab and radiology orders while ensuring patient education and safe operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is CPR/BLS certified, and has prior customer service experience in a medical office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification is required.
• Experience in a medical office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients, measures vital signs, and records information on patient charts.
• Assists with treatments ordered by the provider under supervision and prepares treatment rooms.
• Performs basic clerical duties including answering phones, maintaining records, and filing.
• Orders and stocks supplies and maintains a clean, orderly environment.
• Documents provider encounters, diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions.
• Transcribes orders for laboratory tests, radiology, and medications; provides patient education.
