As a vital member of our clinical operations team, you’ll provide administrative support to ensure our cardiac Electrophysiology Lab runs smoothly and efficiently. In this dynamic role you’ll create a positive, efficient and compassionate environment for patients and clinical staff. The Practice Assistant II provides procedure scheduling and administrative support in a fast-paced, high-volume lab, and coordinates activities and communications with patients, physicians, lab staff, hospital departments and ambulatory practices. They manage confidential patient information appropriately, communicate clearly and proactively, and complete tasks effectively and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.
