Brigham & Women’s Physicians Organization, Inc. in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support administrative and clinical operations within a physician practice.
You will handle scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, patient greeting, and routine clerical tasks under supervision. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years office experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Office Suite.

Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check‑in, check‑out duties.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Office experience 2‑3 years required.
