Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. seeks a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support a Salem-based urology practice.
The role aligns front-desk functions with clinical operations, including appointment scheduling and patient communications, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of office experience, proficiency with Office Suite, and strong organizational skills.

We are located at 400 Highland Ave in Salem, MA. In this office, we evaluate and treat a range of urologic disorders in adult patients. Our team is board certified and includes experts in minimally invasive surgical techniques, such as laparoscopic, endoscopic, extracorporeal and percutaneous approaches.
We are seeking a full‑time, 40‑hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practice, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary location is our Salem office located at 400 Highland Avenue.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys teamwork, takes initiative, and feels confident working in a busy outpatient clinic! We strongly prefer 2-4 years of experience in healthcare or customer service-ideally in a medical office setting-along with familiarity with medical terminology and strong computer skills.
