TEKsystems is seeking a senior Modern Workplace Architect to lead a Microsoft 365 market offering for enterprise clients. This is a fully remote, permanent role with Denver, CO as the base. You will architect, design, and deliver SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams solutions.

The requirements include 7–10 years in professional consulting, a BS in CS/IT, and at least one M365 certification (CoPilot/Viva preferred). Travel to client sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (at least one current M365 cert)
• 7–10 years in professional consulting with enterprise clients
• Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform and Teams
• Experience implementing organizational change management in enterprise M365 deployments
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service metrics

Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

• Serve as overall solution and practice architect to collaborate with enterprise clients, internal delivery and sales partners to add a new market offering to the Modern Work M365 portfolio via demonstrated expertise in the full Microsoft enterprise roadmap. Includes the proposal and SOW process to engagement completion.
• Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other technical teams to analyze, design, develop and deploy successful implementation of custom solutions for clients.
• Establish and lead a market offering-based Center of Excellence internally to promote standard processes, reusable components, and governance for the growing practice to build on as a customer offering. Partner with internal IT on validating and building out the content.
• Proactively stay up-to-date with Microsoft collaboration technologies, industry trends, and emerging features on the Modern Work roadmap, including Microsoft CoPilot, Viva, FrontLine Worker, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPlatform.
• Intellectual and technical curiosity: Must be committed to actively maintaining and acquiring official Microsoft certifications year over year to help maintain Solution Provider Partner status and specializations, minimum 1 new certification per year.
• Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualification Must Haves:

• Microsoft Certifications must have at least one current M365 official certification.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in a professional consulting services environment, directly working with enterprise clients architecting and hands-on developing custom solutions with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Teams. CoPilot and Viva preferred but understand they are brand new.
• Experience implementing organizational change management in an enterprise deployment of M365, ideally including F1 licenses.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of successful collaboration projects with strong customer service and high customer satisfaction metrics.

Nice to Haves

• Microsoft Certifications in related areas- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102), Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200)
• Experience working for or with a Microsoft solution partner.
• Experience integrating and managing Teams Apps and policy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $148200.00 - $222400.00/yr.
• Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
• We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification. Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
