Mass General Brigham is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations across multiple locations and multi-specialty practices at 32 Fruit Street in Boston. The role partners with location managers to drive efficiency, standardize policies, and advance strategic clinical programs.

The candidate will mentor coordinators and managers, oversee credentialing, compensation, and provider enrollment, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while guiding financial planning for clinical operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP; physician billing and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes Practice Manager responsibilities.
  • Develops administrative policies and procedures to improve operating efficiency; reviews and updates policies annually.
  • Mentors and develops practice coordinators, managers, and non-physician staff.
  • Designs and directs strategic plans to support clinical programs.
  • Plans and conducts internal/external meetings to meet departmental objectives.
  • Develops practice coordinators/managers for each practice/satellite area.
  • Facilitates physician orientation and supports new physician practices.
  • Directs administrative responsibilities for physician staff, including credentialing, compensation, and provider enrollment.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and directs quality improvement activities.
  • Oversees financial planning, analysis, and reporting for clinical operations.
