Dental Excellence Group, a Northwest Ohio dental practice, seeks a Practice Administrator to lead daily office operations and drive patient care quality. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, collections, and facility maintenance while advancing profitability and adherence to group values.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive culture that supports the Dental Excellence Group purpose and core values and lead the office to create buy-in for initiatives that drive the company vision and growth.
  • Achieve revenue goals by effectively overseeing productive patient scheduling and treatment acceptance, and collection processes.
  • Drive profitability by managing the office within budgetary guidelines for controllables, including production, collections, and labor, supply, maintenance, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high performing team capable of providing exceptional patient care.
  • Support new patient goals by holding staff accountable for the patient experience, new patient scheduling protocol, and marketing campaign/event engagement.
  • Manage maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and technology.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and timely, including stats reporting.
  • Ensure practice compliance with government and company policies.
  • Ensure personnel compliance with company policies.

Mission of Role

The Practice Administrator will play an integral role in changing the way people think about dentistry by leading and managing a positive and productive patient and employee environment that accomplishes operational goals consistent with the Dental Excellence Group values, purpose, systems, and growth strategy. The PA will be accountable for the overall office daily operations, including, but not limited to productivity, appropriate staffing levels, patient scheduling and care, and facility maintenance.

  • Drive profitability by managing the office within budgetary guidelines for controllables, including production, collections, and labor, supply, maintenance, and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Hire, manage, and develop a high performing team capable of providing exceptional patient care.
  • Support new patient goals by holding staff accountable for the patient experience, new patient scheduling protocol, and marketing campaign/event engagement.
  • Manage maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and technology.
