Job summary

Community Health Network in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a seasoned healthcare administrator to oversee the business unit for two Internal Medicine practices and three Primary Care facilities. This role supports finances, HR, and office operations while driving clinical quality and staff performance.

The position requires leadership experience, collaboration, and a focus on customer service, with ongoing involvement in budgeting, revenue cycle, and process improvements to ensure patient care

Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, etc. and/or 7+ years in practice management.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing a medical practice or healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage business unit administrative responsibilities for 2 Internal Medicine practices and 3 Primary Care facilities in Carmel.
• Support finances, human resources, office management, staffing, and clinical quality; translate goals into action items.
