You will report to the Program Chair or Campus Leader and support outcomes-driven learning in a professional setting. Qualified candidates hold a BSN with an active Ohio RN license, 3–5 years nursing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license; state requirements apply.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience; teaching experience preferred.
• BSN degree required; Ohio RN license specified.
• Strong communication, leadership and organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, lab, and clinical instruction per curriculum.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans and course objectives.
• Provide timely grading, feedback, and academic support.
• Track attendance and student progress.
• Advise and mentor students for professional growth.
• Participate in curriculum planning and program evaluation.
• Maintain licensure and engage in continuing education.
• Attend meetings and serve on committees.
• Monitor online discussions and respond to inquiries for online courses.
