Practical Nursing Instructor - Adult Workforce Development

General Description:

Great Oaks Career Campuses' Health Professions Academy is seeking dedicated full-time faculty members to provide instruction in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings for their adult practical nursing program. Passion for student success and professional growth desired; specialty expertise a plus but not required.

Primary responsibilities include:-

• - Delivering engaging/effective instruction in lab, clinical, and classroom
• - Developing high-quality lesson plans aligned with curriculum
• - Conducting comprehensive student evaluations
• - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records

Requirements/Qualifications:

• - Completion of an approved RN program
• - At least two years' RN experience
• - Two years' specialty experience a plus
• - Functional abilities for classroom/clinical/lab teaching
• - Excellent written/oral communication, analytical, teaching and classroom management skills
• - BSN preferred; ADN or RN diploma with relevant experience encouraged
• - Current, valid Ohio RN license

Experience:

RN 2 years (Required). BSN preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

Current, unencumbered, valid Ohio RN license required.

Hours vary based on program needs

SALARY/PAY SCALE:

$50,192.79 - $82,814.87 based on education and experience
