Job summary

Flint Hills Technical College in Emporia, KS, seeks a full-time instructor for the Practical Nursing program starting January 2027. You will teach across classroom, lab, and clinical settings to prepare students for licensure and professional practice.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, an active Kansas RN license, and at least two years of nursing or educational experience. A Kansas teaching certificate is not required.

Salary and Benefits:

• 9-month full-time position with your salary paid over 12 months
• Starting salary: $41,000-$60,000, based on education and experience
