This position develops and supervises intramural sports, recreational activities, and wellness/fitness programs for offenders, and oversees arts and crafts activities for the offender population. A completed State of Georgia application is required and must include a detailed work history with specific dates of employment (mm/dd/yyyy). There are two positions available.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in area of assignment from an accredited college or university; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level Practical Instructor 1 (EDT010) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Eligibility to obtain a Georgia Teaching Certificate in the trade or vocational field to be taught.
