Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector in Dulles, VA seeks a Pr./Sr Principal Systems Engineer (Level 3 or 4) for on-site work on a 9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. This role requires active SCI clearance and focuses on fault management, autonomy, and spacecraft systems engineering.

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Pr./Sr Principal Systems Engineer Level 3 or Level 4 to join our team in Dulles, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. The position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Primary Level Salary Range: $114,000.00 – $171,000.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 – $213,400.00
Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and share in company results. Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
