Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Social Media: manage inbox and organize reports under the Social Media & Marketing Specialist.
• Review tags/labels and re-tag past posts as needed.
• Draft simple social media posts in Sprout Social.
• Maintain the social media calendar with events and campaigns.
• Create monthly Sprout Social reports.
• Photo & Video Organization: label, tag, and organize assets and manage copyright info.
• Eblasts & Blogs: proofread, schedule, and implement Mailchimp campaigns; draft notes for deadlines.
• Create blog landing pages on WordPress for press releases and communications.
• Public Relations: track press releases and reporting spreadsheets; review news wires with Meltwater; assist with media briefings and interviews.
• Administrative: manage PR/Marketing calendar and vendor relations; coordinate meetings; document filing and fundraising event support.
