Job summary

Dignotion is seeking a proactive Public Relations & Events Coordinator to elevate our public profile and support strategic visibility for clients and partners. You will lead outreach efforts to secure media placements, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition, while maintaining the infrastructure that keeps PR and event activities running smoothly.

You will work across earned media, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities to position our agency as an expert in performance

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to speak for the brand.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Independent worker with proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Familiar with media relations, press cycles, and event planning basics.
• Experience updating WordPress or CMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage PR outreach to industry publications and media.
• Identify and pursue speaking opportunities at conferences and panels.
• Update press materials, decks, media kits, speaker bios.
• Build database of media contacts and publishing calendars.
• Conduct outreach to introduce Dignotion as an expert.
• Research journalists and outlets aligned with focus areas.
• Track campaigns and support reporting on placements.
• Update WordPress website with press mentions and event news.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to align messaging.
