Job summary

The Minnesota Wild is seeking an MLV - Intern, Public Relations for the 2027 season in Saint Paul, MN. The role pays $16.37 per hour and focuses on game-day media operations, team communications, and administrative support.

The intern will help produce and distribute media materials, coordinate interviews, and assist with media relations across departments while gaining hands-on experience in professional sports communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support game-day communications and media operations for home matches.
• Prepare and distribute game-day materials, stats, lineups, and media guides.
• Distribute media information to outlets and coordinate media access.
• Assist with writing, editing and proofreading communications materials.
• Update media contacts and archive media coverage.
• Provide administrative support to the communications department.
