PMI Entertainment Group's Green Bay Gamblers invite applications for a Media Relations Internship for the 2026-2027 season. Start September 2026, run through April/May 2027; candidates must be able to work game nights and weekends.

As part of the Gamblers internship program, you will gain hands-on experience in media relations, promotions, and content creation with potential for future opportunities within sports organizations.

Qualifications

• Possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• Offer superior customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and all Social Media Platforms.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Can work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• A positive and professional attitude will be always expected.
• Comfortable conducting interviews and being on camera.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Gamblers brand at events and locations.
• Assist marketing team in promoting upcoming games.
• Work with local media to promote Gamblers.
• Come up with new and creative ideas to highlight promotions, our players and coaches via social media and traditional outlets.
• Interview coaches and players during the week as well as during and after games.
• Cut highlights for social media and send them to local media outlets after each game.
• Write postgame recaps and press releases for upcoming games and events.
• Assist with any pre- and post-game activities (Set up, tear down, giveaways, etc.).
• Be able to work up to 10 to 20 office hours per week as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
