Job summary

Elite Exposure in Indianapolis is hiring a PR Events Assistant to participate in live, in-person events and consumer engagement. You will present on-brand messaging and build relationships with community partners across multiple events.

This full-time, in-person role offers weekly pay ($800–$1,200) with full training from day one and a clear path to senior PR opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Degree or current enrollment in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Competitive, sports-minded mindset; you show up prepared and perform under pressure.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging.
• Self-motivated and results-driven; able to work well in a team.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to events across Indianapolis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Represent Elite Exposure at live pop-up events and community activations in Indianapolis.
• Deliver on-brand public relations messaging face-to-face with consumers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, donors, and nonprofit partners.
• Support pre- and post-event communications to maximise engagement and awareness.
• Track event performance metrics and report results to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior team members to refine messaging and improve events.
