The Fountaine Collective in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service at live events and retail promotions across the city. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help create a memorable experience from first contact to signup, while representing national brands with professionalism.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll deliver outstanding customer service while representing nationally recognized brands at retail promotions and live events across Indianapolis. What You'll Do

No two days are the same. You'll interact with customers at live events, answer questions, introduce products and services, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through to sign-up. You'll work closely with your team to support promotional campaigns while representing our clients professionally and confidently.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who enjoy talking to others, have a positive attitude, and are excited to learn. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful, but not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
