Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications plans for iHealth's brand and Agent Computer launch.
• Serve as day-to-day internal contact for external PR agencies; manage briefs, timelines and media outreach.
• Support CES 2027 communications, pre-show outreach, press materials, media briefings, and on-site coordination.
• Work with PR agencies to build relationships with health, tech, AI, and media outlets.
• Draft and review press releases, media pitches, briefs, FAQs, talking points, and media kits.
• Translate product features into clear stories for media and consumers with product experts.
• Coordinate messaging and launch timelines across product, marketing, creative, web, social, and executive teams.
• Support influencer/creator outreach and other launch activities as needed.
• Track coverage, agency deliverables, and campaign results; provide progress updates.

We are looking for a PR & Communications Manager to support iHealth's marketing PR and the Agent Computer project, a new AI hardware / personal computing product. The role covers day-to-day PR coordination, product launch communications, and CES 2027 preparation in Las Vegas.

This is a hands-on role working with internal product and marketing teams, external PR agencies, media, creators, and industry partners. We value practical agency coordination and CES experience, clear communication, and reliable execution over a fixed number of years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute PR and communications plans for iHealth's brand and product marketing, as well as Agent Computer's launch.
• Serve as the day-to-day internal contact for external PR agencies, coordinating briefs, timelines, deliverables, media outreach, and follow-up.
• Support CES 2027 communications and exhibitor preparations, including pre-show outreach, press materials, media briefings, interview scheduling, product demos, and on-site media coordination.
• Work with PR agencies to build and maintain relationships with relevant health, technology, AI, consumer electronics, and business media.
• Draft and coordinate review of press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, FAQs, executive talking points, and media kits.
• Translate health product and AI / hardware features into clear, accurate stories for media and consumers, working with internal product experts.
• Coordinate with product, marketing, creative, web, social media, and executive teams to keep messaging and launch timelines aligned.
• Support influencer / creator outreach and other product launch activities when needed.
• Track PR coverage, agency deliverables, and campaign results, and provide clear progress updates and post-campaign reporting.

Qualifications

Required

• PR agency coordination:Experience working directly with external PR agencies, including coordinating communications, schedules, deliverables, and follow-up.
• Hands-on CES experience:Experience supporting a company's participation at CES as an exhibitor, such as PR preparation, media coordination, product demonstrations, or on-site support.
• English communication:Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to write clearly and coordinate confidently with external partners.
• Organization and execution:Good project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple timelines and follow through on commitments.
• Cross-team collaboration:Ability to work with teams in the U.S. and China and learn new products quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to travel to Las Vegas for CES 2027 and other key events as needed.

Preferred

• Bilingual communication in Mandarin Chinese and English (preferred, not required).
• Experience in consumer health, consumer technology, AI, hardware, consumer electronics, PCs, smart devices, or related industries.
• Familiarity with U.S. media and the broader PR landscape.
• Exposure to product launches, press briefings, embargoed announcements, review programs, or executive interviews.
