Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando/ Anaheim seeks a Communications intern to help with writing, content creation and media storytelling across internal and external channels. You will contribute to public relations, corporate communications and executive messaging while learning from Disney’s experienced teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across formats (print, web, social, video) with AP Style proficiency.
• Experience creating basic visual communication (graphics, photos, videos).
• Proficiency with social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X.

Responsibilities

• Write engaging blog stories, articles, press releases, and social media content for internal and external channels.
• Draft executive communications such as scripts, bios, correspondence, and speaking points.
• Produce content for employee-facing channels (intranet, newsletters, email distributions).
• Contribute to content strategy by monitoring trends and developing pitches.
