Job summary

Zimmermann seeks a detail-oriented PR reporting assistant to support monthly and event-related reporting across global brand moments and regional activations. You will collect data, track performance, and ensure accuracy and timeliness aligned with PR standards.

You will also help with store opening reporting, regional seasonal initiatives, and maintain trackers and assets from internal teams and agency partners, enabling clear, comprehensive insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly PR reports, tracking and analyzing print, digital, and social media coverage and performance.
• Collect, organize, and maintain monthly press data, including circulation, audience, media value, and other key performance metrics.
• Help ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with global PR reporting standards.
• Support post-event reporting for major global brand moments, including VIP trips, runway shows, and other high-profile activations.
• Assist with compiling event coverage, social performance, VIP participation, media attendance, and other relevant KPIs into cohesive event recaps.
• Support reporting for regional events and activations, including store events, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Support the development of store opening strategy reports, capturing PR activity, media coverage, VIP engagement, events, and other communications initiatives surrounding new boutique openings.
• Assist with regional seasonal store strategy reports, helping to document PR opportunities, activations, and results across the retail network.
• Organize and consolidate information from regional teams and agency partners to create clear, comprehensive reporting.
• Maintain organized reporting trackers, databases, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with gathering information and assets from internal teams and external PR agency partners.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis projects as needed by the PR team.
