The Shipyard is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team, based in either New York City or Denver, with a hybrid schedule of two days in the office. You will monitor coverage, prepare client reports, and assist with media materials and influencer outreach as part of a collaborative PR team.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in an Account Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in AP Style and media research tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, track, and report coverage for assigned accounts.
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and recurring client reports.
• Develop materials like media alerts, captions, pitches, bios, and fact sheets.
• Support account organization with project software and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming strategic angles and multicultural campaigns.
• Assist with media lists, researching outlets and reporters, drafting pitches under supervision.
• Research and evaluate influencers for partnerships and seeding opportunities.
• Co-plan client media tours and local market visits.
• Support travel booking for media familiarization trips.
