Job summary

Parkview Health in Indiana is seeking a qualified nurse to support physicians in providing patient care across all age groups in alignment with Parkview Health System standards and the Nurse Practice Act. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork.

The successful candidate will hold an Indiana nursing license, CPR certification, and complete orientation programs. Strong communication and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of a school of nursing.
• Current Indiana LPN/RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clinical experience during training.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

This position is eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus

Summary

Responsible for assisting Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act, in respective working state.

Education

Must be a graduate of a school of nursing. Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided and required.

Licensure/Certification

Must have current state Licensed Practice Nurse license. Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas.

Experience

Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment.

Other Qualifications

Demonstrate experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
