Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking a qualified nurse to assist Physicians with care and assessment across all age groups, adhering to the Parkview Health System standards and the Nurse Practice Act. The role requires a nursing degree and active state licensure, plus CPR certification.

Candidates should have prior clinical experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with 100 lbs as needed. A $4,000 sign-on bonus is offered for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided.
• Current state Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license and CPR certification required.

Summary

Responsible for assisting Physicians with care and assessment of all age groups within the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and Nurse Practice Act, in respective working state.

Education

Must be a graduate of a school of nursing. Must complete General Orientation, Patient Care Orientation, and PPG practice orientation as provided and required.

Licensure/Certification

Must have current state Licensed Practice Nurse license. Must have current CPR certification. Additional certifications may be required for specific areas.

Experience

Must have sufficient previous clinical experience (during training) in area of assignment.

Other Qualifications

Demonstrate experience in customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently. Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
