Job summary

Ricochet Manufacturing Company, a leader in high-tech PPE, is seeking a detail-oriented team member for the production bundling team in Philadelphia. You will allocate components for custom garments to bins and coordinate daily with cutting and production to ensure timely, accurate orders.

The ideal candidate will read English specification sheets, communicate differences to management, and work well in a fast-paced environment while standing 8–10 hours and lifting up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• Read all customer specification sheets (in English) and communicate differences or concerns to production manager.
• Count and sort items, label components, and ensure all orders are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate daily with cutting and production to ensure smooth order flow.

Responsibilities

• Count and sort items, label materials, and verify components per order instructions.
• Provide end-of-day counts to the Production Manager.
• Operate heat press and laminating machines safely and efficiently.
• Read customer specs in English and communicate differences to production leadership.
• Work as a team member and maintain professional, courteous behavior under pressure.
• Stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
• Learn basic function of the Lectra cutting machine and keep the workspace clean.
