Our expertise spans marketing sites, branding, graphic design, photography, print, and digital advertising. By blending research-driven insights with creative execution, we help clients build strong, engaging brands.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a US-based results-driven Paid Search & SEO Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about paid media, and is eager to drive measurable results. This role also includes client communication, reporting, and general project management across our client accounts.

Primary Skillset – PPC Strategy & Campaign Management:

The core focus of this role is to own and optimize our paid search and digital advertising efforts. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and HubSpot. Your work will directly impact lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall ROI.

Secondary Skillset – SEO Support & Execution:

In addition to PPC, this role will support SEO initiatives on an as-needed basis. This includes keyword and competitive research, on-page optimizations, and technical SEO assistance to help improve organic visibility and support long-term growth strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn platforms
• Provide holistic and detailed SEM/PPC strategic support in a timely, professional manner
• Perform keyword and competitor research for marketing opportunity discovery
• Create unique and engaging ad copy, and work with our designers on any needed assets
• Set up advertising campaigns throughout paid marketing platforms
• Manage active advertising campaigns by reviewing progress and results frequently, and making adjustments for improvement as needed
• Assist and own assigned SEO work activities and strategies across clients
• Proficiently set up data and goal tracking within Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms, as needed
• Track and provide monthly reporting to ensure client goals are met
• Communicate with clients as a professional subject matter expert, as needed
• Be available for client and internal meetings, and overall normal business hours
• Stay organized and forward thinking across workload endeavors, adhering to HKW processes
• Strive to grow your skill set as necessary to support HKW overall

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Expertise in HubSpot and Facebook platforms
• Expertise in Google Webmaster Tools, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
• Experience in leveraging AI technologies
• Experience in content writing and editing
