FatCat Strategies, a Raleigh-based full-service marketing agency, is seeking an experienced PPC & Paid Social Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across search and social platforms for home improvement clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals, analyze performance data, and deliver measurable ROI. The role requires strong analytical skills and clear communication to clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
• Proven ROI-focused campaign management with data-driven optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain performance insights.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Nextdoor and others.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, setup, monitoring, optimization and reporting.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and hit KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to optimize ad copy and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Stay updated on PPC/paid social trends and best practices.
• Provide data-driven reports with recommendations for future strategy.
• Work with SEO, analytics, and account teams for integrated marketing efforts.
